Pure Mineral Water from the mountains outside the ancient city of Acroënus. Grass Green Glass Bottle. Believe it or not, but it comes from Afyon in Turkey. Afyon, opium in Turkish, was a centre of the opiumtrade for many years. The full name of the place is Afyonkarahisar, the Black Castle of Opium.I love the little Red Crescent logo; the muslim world's equivalent to the western Red Cross, and the white stencil print. It has this look that's almost medicinal. The back of the bottle has this endless list of mineral content. It looks authentic because it is. Unchanged for decades. Just absolutely beautiful.
